Ingredients
In 1 capsule: 315 mg of Capsimax™ (dry chili fruit extract (Capsicum annuum L.)) standardised to contain 2% capsaicinoids (i.e. 6.3 mg)
Other ingredients: Maltodextrin. Vegetable-based capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
This product does not contain allergens (in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011) nor genetically modified organisms.

Directions
1 capsule per day with half a glass of water, 30 to 60 minutes before exercise. On rest days, take one capsule with water before breakfast.
